PRIOR TO COMING IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT PLEASE CONFIRM THAT:

- You have not been diagnosed with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks.

- You have not shown symptoms of COVID-19 or come in close contact with someone exhibiting these symptoms in the past two weeks.

​

- You have not traveled outside the U.S. in the past two weeks.

​

- You do not have a cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, or loss of taste or smell.

​

- If you begin to show symptoms of COVID-19 within two weeks following your appointment, you will contact your stylist.

​

- You will follow all posted salon rules to keep yourself, your stylist and those around you safe.

If you answered NO to any of the above statements please do not enter the salon for your appointment and call the salon at 517-349-4700 to reschedule your appointment.
